Suitability to Fly

Hot Air Ballooning is a safe and not too strenuous an activity. We have no upper age limit, and our large balloons are fitted with landing seats to ensure safety and comfort. However, if you have any health issues that could affect your flight safety and if you are pregnant, please let us know.

Weight

We do not have any restrictions regarding passenger weights; however, it is very important for flight planning that we know in advance peoples weights and especially if someone is more than 130Kgs. It is also a legal requirement that we weigh all passengers prior to the flight

Children

Children aged between 5 and 13 are welcome but must be accompanied by a fare paying and consenting adult.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations up to 48 hours (small parties) and 7 days (large parties 5 or more) before the date/time of you’re a 50% cancellation fee applies. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not turn up for the flight the full fare is charged. Cancellations must be made directly to Adventure Balloons.

If we must cancel the flight due to unsuitable weather or safety reasons a full refund will be given, or you may wish to reschedule to another date.
